Chinese Muslim reverts and families are navigating new roles and responsibilities — from understanding Islamic principles in family life to managing the challenges of parenting, personal growth, and faith development.
In this series, CMCC collaborates with Michelle Alya Choo, an experienced speaker and counsellor known for her work in family education, parenting, and revert development, in this series to:
1. Provide a structured platform for continuous learning and reflection among CMCC members and the wider revert community.
2. Equip participants with practical knowledge and emotional readiness for family, marriage, and parenthood.
3. Support new Muslims in understanding their spiritual journey from syahadah to ibadah (acts of worship).
4. Promote women’s empowerment by drawing inspiration from exemplary women in Islamic history.
5. Strengthen community bonds through shared discussions, experiential learning, and guided mentorship.
This initiative aligns with CMCC’s vision to foster empowerment through identity, connection, and knowledge, creating a space where learning and personal growth complement professional development.
